Method Test Prep Offers New Summer Online SAT Prep Course for Juniors and Seniors
Method Test Prep, experienced SAT prep and ACT prep provider, creates special summer training session for juniors and seniors.
Method Test Prep is offering a 7-week, 14 hour online SAT course to prepare students for the fall’s SAT tests. The instruction will take place on Tuesdays from 7 pm to 9 pm (EDT) and starts on July 17th. The course will conclude on August 28th. For a $150 fee, students across the country can get access to targeted SAT training on the math, critical reading and writing portions of the SAT.
The Method Test Prep Summer Online SAT prep course is designed to help seniors who need to brush up on their skills before their next test, as well as juniors who will be taking the test for the first time. Using the GoToMeeting platform, students will be able to login and attend the class from the comfort of their own home.
“The ACT and SAT prep process has always been intimidating for students, parents and schools. And it’s not one size fits all. We need to continue to improve the range of options that we offer to students. Method Test Prep’s innovative approach to live tutoring that is web-based is an option that makes sense for many students and their parents,” says MTP founder Tom Ehlers.
“Families don’t need to worry about traveling somewhere to get great instruction,” Ehlers continued, “Students who have done live, web-based tutoring with us have seen the same score increases as students who have done in-person tutoring with us.”
Although many students avoid schoolwork during the summer months, this low time-investment, high impact class is a simple way to prepare for the fall’s SAT test dates and get real-time access to the instructors.
In order to take part in the class, students will need to pay the fee via check or PayPal, purchase The Official SAT Study Guide – 2nd edition, and have a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. Practice questions will be assigned from the aforementioned book and instructors will be able to answer questions from students via microphone or text chat.
Students or interested teachers and parents can learn more about the program by visiting the official summer SAT online test prep page.
